This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) applies to any subscription purchase made through psychologyresourcehub.com
General
We offer subscriptions in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the terms set out in this Policy.

Cancellations
Monthly Subscriptions:
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period (e.g. end of the billing month).
Annual Subscriptions:
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be provided. You will retain full access to your subscription features until the end of the current billing year.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on subscription products for a change of mind or unused time remaining on your plan.
Refunds are only provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, as outlined below.
Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law:
- Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
- For major failures, you are entitled to:
- cancel the service;
- receive a refund for the price paid;
- and be compensated for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you may still be entitled to a refund or other remedy.
We reserve the right to assess the service prior to providing a remedy. If there is a conflict between this Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, those statutory rights will prevail.
