What payment methods do you accept?

Are there discounts for bulk purchases or for students?

We don’t currently offer automated bulk or student discounts. However, if you’re looking to purchase 10 or more licenses of a product, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to see what we can do.

Is there a refund policy for digital products?

As digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

However, in line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as advertised. For example, if the file you receive is significantly different from the preview images or product description, please contact us—we’ll be happy to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement.

Please note: If the issue was shown in the preview images or description and the product was still purchased, this does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Do you offer gift cards or store credit?

At this time, gift cards and store credit are not available.

Will I receive a tax invoice with my purchase?

Yes, when your order is completed, you will receive an email with the order confirmation and invoice.

How do I download my purchased products?

After purchasing your product, you'll be taken to an Order Confirmation page. This page has a Download button. Simply click the link, then select the 'Download' button to access your file immediately.

You will also receive two emails, both of which you can access the download link.

1. Your order confirmation/invoice, with a 'view order' link that takes you to the order page;

2. A thank you email, with a direct link to the product you have purchased.

What should I do if I encounter issues downloading my purchase?

If you're having trouble downloading your product after following the prompts and checking the FAQ, feel free to email us—we’re always happy to help!

Can I see a full preview of the product before purchasing?

No, full previews aren’t available before purchase. However, each product includes at least one preview image—most offer two or more to help you decide if the product is right for your context.

Do I need to create an account to access my downloads?

No account is needed to download your files. After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link—just follow the instructions there. If you ever need to re-download your product, you can use the same link in that original email. Creating an account is optional, but it's a great way to easily keep track of all your purchases and access your downloads anytime.

How long do I have access to the files?

Indefinitely — you can redownload them using the original email link.

Can I redownload my files if I lose them?

Yes, you can go to your profile on our website, and select 'Orders'. This displays all of your previous orders, and you can download them from there.

Alternatively, you can use the original download link in your purchase email.

Can I use one account for a team or school?

No, each purchase/license is for use by a single practitioner only. However, that practitioner may use the files with as many clients as they work with.

In what format are the resources delivered?

All files are delivered as PDF's to make it easy for printing.

Are the resources editable?

No, our resources can’t be edited. However, some—like worksheets—are intentionally designed with blank or reusable sections, allowing you to adapt them for different clients or situations.

Are these resources printable?

Yes, all of our resources are designed to be printable. They are high-quality printable PDF's, suitable for professional printing.

Can I use these resources on an iPad or tablet?

Yes, they can be used on any device, as long as your device supports PDFs.

Do I need special software to open or edit the files?

No special software is needed to open the resources.

Editing is not allowed, unless a resource is designed with fillable or blank sections, for example, a worksheet.

What are the usage rights for the materials?

Once you’ve purchased a resource, it’s yours to use in individual or group sessions, workshops, or with multiple clients. However, licenses are for individual use—if a colleague finds it useful, they’ll need to purchase their own copy.

Can I use these materials in paid workshops or client sessions?

Yes, they can be used in individual sessions, in group settings, and can be used with multiple clients (unlimited use).

Are these appropriate for use with children/adolescents?

Yes, some resources are suitable for children. Suitability depends on the specific resource, as our materials are designed for three key demographics: children, adolescents, and adults.

Are these resources evidence-based or reviewed by professionals?

All of our resources are developed by qualified professionals actively working in the mental health field. Each product is also reviewed by a registered psychologist to ensure it aligns with current evidence-based practice.

Are these compliant with professional standards?

Compliance may vary depending on your professional governing body. All resources have been reviewed by a registered psychologist in Australia and are designed to align with ethical and evidence-based practice. If you are practicing outside of Australia, we recommend reviewing the content and usage terms in line with your local guidelines and using your professional judgment before purchasing.

Why do some products have other company's logos on them?

Good spotting - some products were created by registered psychologists on our team, and the intellectual property remains with them, which is why their logo appears.

Are your resources available in other languages?

At present, our resources are only available in English. However, we intend to expand our offerings to include other languages in the future based on demand and practitioner feedback.

Do you sell internationally?

Yes, our digital products are accessible worldwide.

Do you offer accessible versions for clients with disabilities?

At this time, we do not offer dedicated accessible versions. Given that each client’s needs are unique, we encourage practitioners to adapt the resources to suit their specific context.

However, we plan to expand our offerings to include accessibility-focused options in the future, based on demand and practitioner feedback.

Do you ever offer any free resources?

Yes, we do! From time to time, we offer selected products for free. Use the 'Sort by Price' option to easily find any $0 items.

How frequently are new resources added to the site?

We usually add new resources every fortnight. While we don’t yet have automatic notifications, we’re working on it! In the meantime, subscribe to our newsletter below to stay updated on new products and site updates—plus, enjoy 15% off your first purchase!

Do you offer memberships or subscriptions?

We don’t currently offer memberships or subscriptions, but we’re actively exploring this as an option for the near future.
